Google collaborating with all carmakers to provide Android OS in cars

Google has been communicating with all the car makers across the globe to make Android enabled Operating systems for car tablets and infotainment systems. And now there is a reason to cheer up for all car owners that own Android phones. Because Google has now confirmed that it will bring Android OS system enabled infotainment systems with five new car companies.

The carmakers include names like Audi, GM, Hyundai and Honda – also this new chip system will be made by NVIDIA. Mr. Sundar Pichai, the Senior Vice President of Android at Google said, “The expansion of the Android platform into automotive will allow our industry partners to more easily integrate mobile technology into cars and offer drivers a familiar, seamless experience so they can focus on the road”
